Eligibility: This guarantee applies to individuals who have submitted a Loan Estimate (LE) to Accelerated Home Loans for comparison and have met all the requirements outlined herein.
Submission of Loan Estimate: To initiate the guarantee process, the applicant must provide Accelerated Home Loans with a valid Loan Estimate from a competing lender.
Comparison and Attempt to Beat: Accelerated Home Loans will review the provided Loan Estimate and attempt to offer a better combination of interest rate, fees, and monthly mortgage insurance. If Accelerated Home Loans is unable to provide a better deal, the applicant may proceed to lock the rate and share the locked Loan Estimate (on the same date) for Accelerated Home Loans’s further attempt to beat the offer.
Closing with Competitor: If Accelerated Home Loans is unable to beat the competitor’s offer, the applicant may proceed to close the loan with the competitor. After closing, the applicant must provide Accelerated Home Loans with the Final Closing Disclosure for validation.
Reward Disbursement: Upon validation of the Final Closing Disclosure, Accelerated Home Loans will issue a $500 reward to the applicant in the form of a check.
Limitations: a. This guarantee is subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. b. The guarantee is applicable only to the specific loan transaction for which the applicant has submitted the Loan Estimate to Accelerated Home Loans. c. The guarantee is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Verification: Accelerated Home Loans reserves the right to verify the accuracy and authenticity of all documents provided by the applicant as part of the guarantee process.
Discretion: Accelerated Home Loans retains the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of applicants for this guarantee and to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions.
Modification of Terms: Accelerated Home Loans reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the $500 Lowest Rate & Fees Guarantee program, applicants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
