Every milestone of the process came in exactly as expected and at no point was I concerned the loan would not be completed by our closing date. Eric (lender) & Liz (processor) were helpful and communicative even though we were on opposite coasts. To be clear though getting good service also means you have to have to deliver the items they require. But if you provide these guys with what they need they will definitely come through for you. Midway through our process I noticed rates dropped one week and Eric & Liz quickly got us into a new application that was 400 bps lower. Absolutely no complaints - use these guys you won't regret it.
